About the Field

Baker Field is located on Conyers Street next to the Conyers Street Gym. This is a small field that is used by youth baseball and softball teams for games and practices. Baker Field is a community field that is available to the public when activities are not scheduled. Baker Field is named after the late Buddy Baker. A pioneer of early baseball in Newton County.
