The 2020 Census is important to you and your community.
Data collected by the census will determine how many representatives our state receives in congress, along with where the legislative districts should be based on accurate population counts.
The amount of people counted by the 2020 Census will also play a big factor in determining the funding for community needs such as schools, hospitals, roads, public works and other programs.
