Part Time not to exceed 25 hours per week.
Coordinate and prepare the daily preparation of all meals for the Senior Center. Performs various tasks and duties involved in the ordering and serving of meals to the elderly at the center and coordinating meal delivery to the homebound.
All candidates to fill a vacant position in this classification must meet the following minimum requirements:
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or GED; any combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job. A minimum of three years food preparation for large groups. Some experience in service or professional Food Management. Must be familiar with state regulatory dietary policies and procedures.
Licenses and Certifications:
Must have a valid driver’s license. CPR/First Aid Certification, Safe Serve a plus but not mandatory upon hire. Must be certified within 60 days of hire.
