Mission

To provide Purchasing and Administrative service support to all County departments in a manner that facilitates and enhances their activities, while preserving tax dollar value through enforcement of necessary policies, procedures and financial controls.

The Procurement Division is dedicated to promoting the County’s standards for courtesy, fairness, impartiality and integrity. our goal is to ensure that the goods and services procured through the Procurement Office represents the maximum value to Newton County Taxpayers while meeting the County’s needs. We strive to bring about the best competition practicable, and we encourage all qualified vendors to participate in our solicitation opportunities.
